A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER,
Welcome to VYRO! I'm Dr. Bri — a doctor of physical therapy, marathoner, ironman 70.3 finisher, and founder of VYRO — a fresh take on what rehab and performance should actually look like for people who refuse to stop training.
I built this practice because I was tired of watching athletes get failed by the system. If you've ever been told to "just stop lifting" or "just stop running"… handed the same three exercises for months… and then watched your pain come right back the second you returned to training.
Sound familiar?!
That's exactly the cycle I'm here to break.
A little about me, I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, with 10+ years of experience working with athletes across every level. That time taught me where traditional rehab drops the ball: the gap between "cleared by your PT" vs. actually performing at your highest level.
That gap is where I live and why Vyro was built.

No cookie-cutter exercises. No insurance company dictating your care. No endless pain cycles with no real progression.
Just expert, hands-on care designed around you, your body, your sport, your goals.
Whether you're working through a nagging injury or chasing a new level of performance, my 1:1 approach is built to deliver real results. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to improve your strength, mobility, and overall function.
So you don't just recover, you come back stronger than before.
Are you finally ready for something different? If you're done with the pain cycle and ready to actually perform at your highest level.
Then you're in the right place.

ABOUT:
Will works with runners who don't have room for guesswork. Olympic-level athletes and elites whose margins are measured in seconds, not just serious weekend warriors chasing their next PR. That standard is the baseline for every athlete he coaches, whatever level they're at.
His focus: nutrition strategy for athletes recovering from injury, coming back from time off, or pushing into peak performance territory. Fueling recovery. Rebuilding strength. Giving the body what it needs to actually adapt, not just survive training, but get better from it.
The approach is practical, not theoretical. Individualized goals, real-life strategies that fit an actual schedule, and nutrition education that sticks. So athletes aren't relying on Will forever, they're building the knowledge to run their own recovery and performance for good.
Elite-level insight. Real-world execution.
